Seminole Moneytree was incorporated in Lake Mary, Florida. The company has been located in Lake Mary where it has been servicing it's clients throughout Central Florida and the state since 1986.

In April 1992, the company was purchased by Louis J. Di Paolo. He now presides as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Di Paolo is a University of Florida alumnus holding degrees in both Finance and Real Estate.

Seminole Moneytree is the oldest licensed mortgage correspondent lender in the Lake Mary area and a member of both the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Associtation of Mortgage Brokers.

He also serves on the Board of Directors at the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a past president of the Chamber.
